Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
     

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.
 

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
